This study just kinda helps support what I was already thinking. At least for my condition. I went 40 years, most of which I did endurance sports, and never had a cardiac arrest. With my arrythmia and genetic disorder this would be considered a miracle by todays health professionals standards. However maybe the extremes of CPVT are so great but I'm at the lower risk end. Then add that I now have the safety net of an ICD??

Might reconsider limiting myself so much. Return to triathlons? IM? I miss it.
