Paramount Break a Leg 5K, Austin, TX

Post by LMRun on Sun Feb 14, 2016 7:28 pm

First 5K in a long time, granted my running has been hit and miss. 29 runners in my age group, 55 -59, I placed 7th. out of 29 runners, not too bad. Time of 30:27 (chip time).  I don't like hills and for the first 1/2 it was hills.

I'm getting ready for the Cap 10K on April 10, I intend to do a whole lot better.

Don't you just hate it when work interferes with recreation?  Smile

Great to see you racing again Louise!

7th is pretty darn good in my book!

I'll bet you run the 10K at a faster pace than you did the 5K.
