Thanks Dave.  The weekend was a blast and went way too fast!  Here are just some of the highlights:
-St. Paul has 2 great craft breweries.
-don't believe anything Mike or Vicki Nall say about me or what I did over the weekend!
-Nate Is truly a saint putting up with Rachel....I'm not making this up, Rachel  said so!
-it was awesome seeing so many of our heart buddies...
-oh, and the race was nice!
-did I mention the 2 craft breweries??

Yes, that's more than true - Nate deserves a medal....or some recognition for putting up with me!!!!

Thanks Dave for your kind note, I agree with Tom - the weekend went too fast but in the meantime we are looking forward to next weekend as well!!!

Oh - and here's proof that the HEART people DID in fact run.....wasn't all sitting around in a brew pub somewhere.....

Sounds like everyone had a great weekend but running? I don't see anyone running??

And what's this about a brew pub? Tom?

BTW, Shepherdstown has a brew pub too.

Yeah, hey, Tutt is right. All we see is before and after pics, no running, except Don Soule, he showed some. What sort of event was this really?
