Miseri Mile

Post by twal on Thu Jul 30, 2015 10:00 pm

I did a track mile at Miseracordia University. I ran 7:41 to take 6th out of 10 in the slowest heat of three. I was beaten by a 63 year old women whom I beat 99% of the time. No excuses. I'm just that slow.

In the last three years, I did this race in 7:33 (dirt track), 7:34 and 7:41. I don't like where this trend is going.

On the bright side, my splits were pretty good - 1:57, 1:56, 1:55, 1:53.

Nice work indeed Tom... I'd love to be that slow!
