Pocono Pines 5K

Post by twal on Sun Jul 12, 2015 5:29 pm

5K - 25:59 - 37 out of over 300 and 1st out of 10 in 60-69 age group. There were a lot of walkers included in these numbers. Conditions were near perfect 70F and not humid. The course was a rolling mix of paved and gravel roads.

I was passed at the end by a kid about 10 years old. That was ok but I was annoyed by his father who kept screaming at him to run faster-- "little league dad" syndrome. That kid won't be running by the time he is high school.

Mitral valve repair
Afib, arrhythmia
