Good luck to Jerseyguy as he runs the Philadelphia Marathon tomorrow. This is his first post infarction marathon and also his first marathon in 25 years. Just getting to the starting line is a huge accomplishment Phil... Have a great race and please tell us about it!!

Go Jerseyguy! Looks like you might get some rain, hope it isn't excessive. Have a good run and be sure to give us a report.

Thanks to all for your tremendous support. A cold, dark and early start but warmed up as the morning went on. It stopped being fun after about the 22nd mile but I persevered and fortunately did not hit the "wall". I was hoping to be on the other side of the 4 hour mark but was overall happy with the outcome.

I was thinking of everyone throughout the race. I do wish the best for western New York friends and hope everyone is warm and safe.

Thanks again for the well wishes and support. Am already registered for a half marathon in March.
