Putting photos in a post

Post by echoguy on Thu Oct 30, 2014 7:08 am

I used to know how to add photos to a post in other forums, but I don't seem to be able to do it here. Can someone tell me the steps that I can take to put a photo in a post rather than just a link to flickr?

In the quick reply box, the first button on the left says "Host an Image". Click that and you should be able to upload something. I selected an image on my PC, but it didn't upload for me.

When I do that, I click on upload, but nothing appears in the message.

Ah hah. After hosting the image, I need to go to that image and post it on the "insert and image" one. This time it worked.

It should have been "insert an image". It is the button just to the right of the "host an image" button.

Thanks, looks like it worked. One other step is when you click host it gives three choices. I copied the image url and then when I clicked the host an image icon I pasted that url into the address window. Hope that makes sense.
