3 year birthday tomorrow

Post by haggis basher on Mon Aug 11, 2014 3:39 am

Hi All
Yes, the years have passed quickly since AVR. Been very sick lately; got pneumonia about 6 weeks ago, and my immune system is shot! Will still celebrate tomorrow - with a wee piece of cake and the best coffee!  Cool
See Yaas
Brian

Sorry to hear you've been sick Brian. Pneumonia is serious. I had it once and it really knocked me down... Hopefully you'll be better soon and congratulations for the 3 year milestone!

Hi Brian,

I'm also very sorry to hear that you're sick! But I hope you have a good celebration today!

Thanks Rachel and Dave. Yes, with winter here, not the best time to get ill! Haven't had a run for nearly 7 weeks; trying to build up my immune system first.
Hope you are both in good health.
Have entered a half marathon (4000ft up a mountain) in November (walking it!) weather can change from 23degreesC to snow, to 100km winds!
See Ya
Brian
