Celebrating today

Three years under my belt since my OHS!!! Pretty happy about that too – even though I’m always waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak since I know I’ll be doing this one again in the future….. but for now I’m really happy. The BIG lessons that my condition has taught me (among others) – to live everyday with full appreciation for the present moment – knowing that I’m not in control of anything - and there are no guarantees in this life.

Great to still be here and more than grateful that I'm still able to run strong!!!!
