Starting: 5-11-14
Weight:   128.2 lbs
Body Fat: 26.04%

Week Three:   06-01-14
Weight:  126.8
Body Fat: 24.55%

I cannot seem to stop the junk food at night.  I got into this habit when we visited friends this past winter, and can't seem to get out of it.
I'm not hungry, so no reason for it.   And by junk, it is anything I can find to eat.

Going to have to search websites for this problem and see what some good solutions are to kick the habit.

Otherwise, the weight training is coming along nicely.
Doing machine cardio for 30 - 45 minutes a day, along with walking outdoors.

Nice progress Trish... You're ahead of me for sure.

I have the same snacking problem, let me know if you find a cure. A guy I know lost a lot of weight and kept it off by only drinking water after his evening meal

Starting: 5-11-14
Weight: 128.2 lbs
Body Fat: 26.04%

Week Four: 06-08-14
Weight: 126.4
Body Fat: 24.50%

Not really any change this week.
Had a skin peel done (don't ask), so had to stay in for the past 5 days. Should be back to the gym later today.
Diet still an issue.

I am really not paying attention to my diet...at all.
Really feels like shoveling sand against the tide.
Got to at least give it an effort, or fail.

Starting: 5-11-14
Weight: 128.2 lbs
Body Fat: 26.04%

Week Five: 06-15-14
Weight: 126.2
Body Fat: 24.20%

This week:
Get back into habit of eating every 2-3 hours. And nothing in between.
Starting today!!

Trish, after a week of running at altitude (and not eating any "fast-food" since the town of Breckenridge won't allow any cheap restaurants in their "high-falutin" community), I actually weighed in at 152.4 this morning. I will attempt to get under 150 by next month.
