Followed some folks over from Lars' 'Cardiac Athletes' forum, inc running with a few at Heart mini in Cinci a couple yrs ago. I'm a vet of cardiac stents back in '07. Done well since inc finishing several marathons & tri's (up to ironman distance). Also enjoy endurance road cycling.

Unfortunately, can't make it for Cinci this year. Too bad 'cause I did enjoy running the half there 2 yrs ago.
I am still running regularly with long run of 15+mi this Spring. Will try to make up to Grand Rapids this Fall.

Hey Oldteen. We are running the "Run The Bluegrass" in Lexington at the end of the month. It sounds like a good one!
