Well…yesterday’s run….

Post by Rachel August on Tue Nov 26, 2013 5:23 am

Temp – 30 degrees
Wind Chill – 16 degrees
Sustained Winds – 25 MPH
Wind Gusts – 35 MPH
Snowfall – sudden white out conditions – felt like ice pellets

Still…..better than any day on the TM!!!!

Nice run Rachel! Winter running is tough but so much more enjoyable than the Dread Mill... I've gotta put the traction screws in the soles of my running shoes before my next run, it's getting slippery out there.

A bad day outside is better than a good day on the dreadmill. You go girl.
